Balanced Body Wisdom
For my future self…
For over two decades I have been longing to understand the human body’s natural design—to realize out-of the discomfort and tightness I was experiencing in my back, hip flexors, quads, shoulders and neck.
My goal is to have fun playing outside & exploring nature with everyone I love for a life-time.
These are the practices I wish were available during my childhood, college sports career, ski seasons and beyond.
They taught me how to bring balance to my body before I challenged it with activities, how to be aware & observe the ways I hold stress in my body, and to learn through practice how to listen to my body and come back to balance thereafter.
My search for and exploration deeper into these practices was originally to find the root causes of my injuries & pain.
Now, I would love to share them with my family, friends, and anyone with a human body.
